From Yamaha Parts Manager to Yamaha7Man

INSEA Marine started with a passion for Yamaha and more than 20 years of experience in the marine industry.

At the end of 2003, Karl Neiger, also known as Yamaha7Man online, started working in the marine industry as a parts manager selling Yamaha parts and outboards. Over the years, Karl built his knowledge and experience by working directly with customers and helping them find the right parts and the right Yamaha outboard for their boat.

During his career, Karl has sold more than 11,450 Yamaha outboards. He holds the record for the most Yamaha outboards sold by an individual person.

In 2018, Karl started INSEA Marine after his former boss sold the company. Not knowing what the future would look like with the new owners, Karl decided to start a company of his own.

INSEA Marine was created in 2018, but Karl did not really start using the company until 2023. Since then, the business has continued to grow and is still going strong today.

Karl believes in keeping things simple. Be honest with customers. Communicate with them. Know your products and give people the information they need to make the right decision.

That is what INSEA Marine is built around.

With more than 20 years of experience and thousands of Yamaha outboards sold, Karl brings a level of knowledge and experience that is hard to find.
